Four character cottages within the Exmoor National Park, converted from a former farm over 300 years old, all with log fires, in large enchanting gardens in a very peaceful village location.

The Farmhouse, sleeps 6: Two storey original farmhouse, large living room with inglenook fireplace, wood stove, stone floors, two sofas and TV with CD/DVD/VHS; kitchen with Rayburn, cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave; spacious panelled dining room, large oak table, sofa and TV so can double as second sitting room; scullery with WC and clothes washer, dryer, sink, ironing-board and iron; upstairs three bedrooms (a double and two twins), a bathroom with large corner bath and WC and a shower room with shower, basin and WC.

The Gatehouse, sleeps 5: Two-storey stone cottage, large living room with beamed ceiling and log stove, dining area, glazed door to private patio, TV with CD/DVD/VHS, kitchenette (with dishwasher), two bedrooms upstairs (a double and a triple with 2 bunks and a single) and a bathroom with bath (shower over) and WC.

Inglenook Cottage, sleeps 4: Two storey stone cottage, hallway, sitting room with inglenook fireplace and log stove, TV with CD/DVD/VHS, seperate kitchen with door to outside patio terrace, two bedrooms upstairs, double with original fireplace feature and twin, large bathroom with bath and WC.

Garden Cottage, sleeps 4: Single-storey cottage, large living room with beamed ceiling and log stove, dining area, double doors to a small private walled garden, kitchenette, two bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a wetroom with a shower and WC.

The cottages surround a peaceful courtyard that is a haven for wild birds, and are in their own private land of three acres with an abundance of trees plants and wildlife.

About 300 yards walk from the cottages there is a local shop/post office with general groceries and local information and a traditional inn with good food and real ales.
